The higher it is when it is idle, the higher it will be when it is under a heavy load such as gaming. You want it to be at least 550RPM I think. That’s a better fan curve, but you can increase the flat line section in very small increments until you can hear it, then lower it one increment & leave it there - you may get slightly more RPM than 20% & hence better cooling. Something to toy with if you want. All of your PSU Outputs should be within a +/- 5% range for the 12.0/5.0/3.3 Vdc under heavy loads. as an example your 12.0 Vdc should be a minimum of 11.4 Vdc or higher during idle or heavy loads. also having 2 monitors connected requires more power and with a failing PSU can cause power issues to occur.Try setting PBO to disabled (default is auto) and setup a slightly more aggressive custom fan profile for your CPU fans, then use Ryzen Balanced OR a custom Balanced power plan with its minimum processor state set to 85% or lower (Higher for slightly better performance, lower for better idle temps). So I have a Ryzen 7 5800x (at stock) and I'm cooling it with an NH-D15 but the temperatures are kind of ridiculous. The idle temperature is 25C, which is good, and the maximum load temperature (tested with prime 95 and aida64) are 82C which is kind of high for a CPU which hasn't been overclocked ...NH-D15 with Ryzen 7 5800x Temperature Concerns.
